  • With Guests: If you create a public event, the meeting link may be visible to other users browsing public events. If you provide guest emails, those guests will receive an email with the meeting details.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

We will retain your Google profile information and event details only for as long as necessary to provide the service for the November 15th event and for a short period thereafter for analysis and backup purposes.
